Terms and conditions

A date is only reserved once the agreed deposit is received and confirmed in writing. Until then, the date remains available to other couples.

The deposit is deducted from the total and is non-refundable, except as set out in the cancellations section.

The balance is due before the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Travel, accommodation and venue permits for weddings outside Ica are quoted separately and detailed in the proposal.

If you cancel, the deposit is not returned, as the date was held and other enquiries were declined.

If the wedding is rescheduled, we will do our best to move the deposit to the new date provided it is free. If it is not, an alternative will be agreed.

If force majeure — illness, accident, official restrictions — prevents attendance, the deposit is returned in full or a trusted professional of equivalent standard is proposed.

Estimated delivery is 3 to 6 weeks from the event, confirmed at booking. Timelines may extend in peak season, always with advance notice.

Material is delivered digitally through the private portal or by download, depending on the package.

Copyright in the produced work belongs to the author. You receive a personal, perpetual licence to view, share and reproduce the material for non-commercial purposes.

Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, excerpts may be used in portfolio, social media and promotional material. If you prefer your wedding not to be shown publicly, just say so: it is respected at no extra cost.

Music used must be properly licensed. If you choose a track with restrictive commercial licensing, an equivalent alternative will be proposed so your film can be shared without blocks or claims.

Raw material is kept for twelve months after delivery and then deleted. The selection and final pieces are kept according to the package.

On the Legacy package, the Story Vault remains available while the subscription is active. The first two years are included.

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. No liability is accepted for circumstances beyond reasonable control, such as weather, venue restrictions or third-party decisions during the event.

These terms are governed by Peruvian law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Ica, Peru.
