01What we collect
From the contact form and call booking: names, email, phone, tentative wedding date and location, and whatever you write in your message.
If you book: the above plus what is needed to produce your wedding — key people, must-have moments, chosen music — and whatever you upload to your portal.
Minimal technical data: IP address and browser, used for security and to limit form abuse.
02Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and coordinate the wedding.
To give you access to your private portal and deliver your material.
To send service emails: welcome, reminders and delivery notices. We do not send third-party advertising and we do not sell data.
03Legal basis
Processing is based on performance of the contract once you book, and on your consent when it is only an enquiry.
04Who we share it with
Only the providers needed to run the service: Resend for email delivery, Cloudflare R2 for material storage, and the server provider. Each accesses only what is strictly necessary.
We share your data with no one else, unless legally required.
05How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept for up to two years.
Data for a booked wedding is kept for the duration of the relationship and as long as tax rules require.
Raw material is deleted twelve months after delivery.
06Your rights
You may request access, rectification, cancellation or object to processing by writing to hola@karolruiz.com. We respond within the deadlines set by Peru’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 29733).
You may also complain to the National Authority for Personal Data Protection.
07Security
Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Portal access is individual, and the links you share with family expire and can be revoked at any time.
