Hi, I’m Karol

I’m based in Ica, Peru. I’ve had the chance to film weddings in Brazil, Uruguay and the Bahamas, and in a good few cities across my own country.

Along the way I’ve noticed that certain images and moments repeat themselves at every wedding; there are things you simply can’t leave out. But what I’m really after is far more than recording them.

I want to know the couple’s story — who they are, what holds them together. From there, I try to carry their essence into the images.

Because every couple’s story is theirs alone, and my purpose is to turn it into images they can live again, and again.

I take on few weddings a year on purpose. Two a month at most. I’d rather meet you first, understand where you come from and what brought you here.
